How to create a Contact Us page…

Hello to everybody. Im just new in creating website. Im a bit lost with this one im trying to edit at the moment.

Im trying to create a page which the visitior will just fill it in and the message will directly go to my email. The one im trying to edit is from

I have downloaded all the files and tried to edit it, but im a bit confused with the instruction, I have tried to follow all the things written in there or probably I just don’t understand about this things.. im just starting im sorry…. ? hope there is somebody who can help me out with this please…. im just really lost…. I would really appreciate a big help with this… I might need a much more clearer instruction from the very start till the end of this certain page im trying to do… hope im not asking too much…. ?

im not sure if im right with this one.... ? this is the exact page where I want to put on the contact page....

in the instruction of the program say just copy and paste this

in which I want the form to be seen.... I was wondering if just this one or the whole code, but I have tried to do it both but both failed.... thanks....

@ryanbutlerJul 18.2007 — #You have multiple problems with the page. First, you have local paths to files on your computer in a real path directory location:

Never do this. Instead create a new folder at the root of C or whatever drive partition you use and then place all files and images associated with the website from there.

Secondly, as Ray mentioned, there's no form. It might be useful for you to do Google searches for how to create HTML forms such as w3c schools or check out my article:

Post back once you get this problems resolved or need further help.

I hope you don't mind looking at the files too.... these are all php files and images used for the form... my contact page is the one i post in the top.... im confused if i really have to create another form just to insert this things... confused in putting them all together to work....

and about the css file it's from the pre-made template of dreamweaver as well... i wonder if i have to reinstall this and put in a certain folder where i have to save all my projects too....
