Delay – Sleep – Something similar…

Hi!

Does anyone know how can I make my script delay some seconds?
[B]setTimeout [/B] is not working properly.
I want it to wait 10 seconds, then I put:

[B]setTimeout [/B](someFuntion(), 10000)

Does anyone can help me?
