PPC affiliate with fast & good API

Could someone tell me ,which PPC affiliate(s) is/are having a fast and reliable API & having an extensive amount of marketers?

I’m working on developing a search service and I need to find a nice Affiliate, which offers an API, which allows me to publish PPC ads based on keywords I’ll be offering. Flow would be like:

(our user types a query -> we deliver keywords to PPC partner -> PPC partner returns appropriate text ads -> we show ads to user in our resultpages -> mutual profit ? )

I’ll highly appreciate all the help and info, since my field of expertise is a bit different.
