Dreamweaver errors

I’m not a website expert and I can work my way around a little but I am having difficulty with certain errors in Dreamweaver. The main problem which is occuring is I have attempted muitliple times to change my text color or size. It changes in both the preview and the update but when I sychronize it or upload it to my host the color is still the same as it was before the change. Another error I am having is one of pages is when I upload it, everything is out of alignment and a flash made play button is muiltiplied over 100 times making the page flash with these play buttons even though I only have one in my dreamweaver preview page. If you can help, please give me some I’d really appreciate it.

the index page is my main concern since the text is difficult to read. I've already tried muiltiple times to make changes.

Do you think the part I highlighted in red may have something to do with the font problem ?

Your animated gif is applied using the >over class - so why is the .over class (I highlighted this in blue) used all throught the text ?

All those divs I highlighted green - purpose ?

If you ditch the tables for layout and apply a bit of semantics, the whole site will be much easier to maintain and spot these sort of errors.
