New TAB not new WINDOW

I am not familar with any new codes that came out with IE7. I’ve got a form on [URL=”http://walkstowagabout.wickedsmaat.com”]this website [/URL]that when submitted, it makes a new window

[code]..target = “_blank”[/code]

What I want is it to create a new TAB not a new WINDOW. Is this just a user/browser specific feature?

Any help. Thanks.?
