I believe I have a great idea for a search engine and would love to talk to someone that might be able to help me figure out what I need to start a project like that.
@felgallJul 12.2007 — #The first thing you need to create a search engine is the spider that will follow links to find the pages to add to the search engine and the algorithm that will examine the pages to work out how they should be cataloged. So you need to have the design for that specified in a way that the people you get to write the programs to do that know what the programs are supposed to do.
