[RESOLVED] Best Test Server (to replace Apache)??

In lieu of attempting to re-configure my apache test server after a BIG system crash, I heard of another easy-to-configure test server called “web..” something, which I cannot remember the name of to save my life atm.

This test server includes SQL testing as well, and wass from a swedish or german company if I remember correctly. Do you know the software I am speaking of? Or do you know of a BETTER test server besides Apache that I can use to test my website? Thanks much in advance.
