Question about decimals

Hi guys.

I like to ask a small question but I can explain it so I will put it with an example.

I have this number. 15.5878271

I would like to get only the 15. How can I do that?

 alert(truncate(5.67))[/code]

However, it so happens that applying the bitwise NOT operator twice has exactly the same effect:

[code=php]alert(~~5.67) [/code]
