MySQL problem

I realise this isn’t PHP specific but since MySQL and PHP are often used together I thought this would be the best place to get an answer to my problem.

I have a website which has a MySQL database. I also have a SQL dump of a database, as a .sql file, that I need to import into MySQL.

Trouble is, the .sql file is 86mb in size, and full of binary data (it must contain images or something) and every time I try to import the data through phpMyAdmin, the web page times out.

I can’t split the file down because this binary data makes it very difficult.

What can I do? Is there a database administration program that I could use to remotely access the database? I have SQL Server Management Studio installed, could that access a MySQL database?
