functions not working properly – no error message

Just looking for some guidance, I’ll take care of the rest…

my validation functions aren’t running properly, only gets as far as the zip code, or if it runs the number verification it will then automatically go to the first area code of the phone number without focusing on the zip! I can’t figure it out after staring at it for about twelve hours now (my brain hurts), I’m open for suggestions….
