creating dependant dropdown box

Hey,

so.
I’ve got mysql server, got all my php pages working well. Only problem i want to create two dependant dropdown box that will work in Java….

can someone please give me a hint to where to begin…..
I have no background in Java, so i will need really explicit explanation.
