table trouble

i’m making a site layout right now and i came across a problem with a table. here’s an example [URL=”http://sitetesting.uni.cc/”]page[/URL] for what i’m making. the problem is that the tables i’m using as dark grey borders for the blue table are thicker on the right side for some reason. i’ve tried fixing the problem several times but i only know some amount of html. if anyone could help, it would be greatly appreciated.
also, if anyone has any idea how i could make the sidebar look somewhat decent, that would be great! my knowledge of design is much more worse than my knowledge of html. ?

@chris_masauthorJun 20.2007 — nevermind on the problem. it seems i didn't end a td properly for the blue title tables. now that it's fixed, the dark grey table used as the border for the blue tables are of equal width on all sides. if anyone has any advice to improve it's design, that would be greatly appreciated. i have more troubles with design than with coding on these.
