help with survey tool

I am developing a website that I would like to attach a survey for people to fill out. The results would be posted on the site hopfully with a seachable option. I have looked at the survey tools available but they seem to want to analyse the data and put it into table etc. I do like the easy templates they ofer to create it though. I just want to publish ‘wordy’ responses as is. can anyone offer any help to a computer novice? thanks?
