Upload image and redirect to shoppingcart

I am currently building a website that will allow users to upload images with the intent of making them into postcards.I am not a developer and that is why Im gonna need some tips!

What I want to know is if its possible that when a customer uploads an image to our server for them to be redirected to the shopping cart ( which im going to outsorce to romancart) and if so which language should this part of the site be built in?

Thanks for any help in advance!
