That menu moves up and down, but not horizontal

Hello again,
this is my third post today, and I guess that can be annoying, but let me say, that I was really trying long and hard, but I am just not into it.
this time it’s a menu, which is supposed to follow when the site is scrolled. it does follow up and down, but can this script be changed, so that it can also scroll left and right.
it’s a free script I was using, and I hope it is alright to fiddle around with it???
is it? The author will be quoted, of course.
