Track changes in HTML Form before submission

Hi everyone, I have an html form and I would like to track changes that the user makes. For example:

I have two text fields:
(first entry)

Name: ____________________
Age: _
__
_________________

[Back Button] [Submit Button]

_______________________________________________________________

(second entry)

Name: John Walker
Age: 23

[Back Button] [Submit Button]

_______________________________________________________________

(subsequent entries)

Name: John Wayne
Age: 23

[Back Button] [Submit Button]

 • 1. Changed Walker to Wayne

 • 2. User forgot to press submit, (either pressed the back button or tried to leave the page or press the back button on the browser). so I want to prompt them if they would like to save the changes and then call the page to save it.
 • Can anyone help me please, I would appreciate it. Thanks in advance.
