I want to send an email to so many people but I dont want any recipient would be able to see teh other recipient’s email addresses. So what should I do? Does it have anything to do with ‘Add CC’ and ‘Add BCC’?
@Tweak4Jun 07.2007 — #To elaborate, "To" is (usually) a required field, "CC" ("Carbon Copy") is optional, and results in the sending of a copy of the email to any addresses listed in this line. Both the "To" and "CC" lines are completely visible to all recipients of the message. (In my company, the standard usage is that someone goes in the "To" field if the message affects them directly or requires action on their part. If they are receiving it merely for informational purposes, they go in "CC" instead.)
"BCC" is the same as "CC" except that no recipients of the message can see any of the addresses in the BCC line.
In your case, the most common approach is to put your own address in the "To" line, and then list out all of your recipients in the "BCC" line. You will send the email to yourself, but it will also go to everyone else, and none of them will be able to see any of the other addresses.
