Good day!
I am requesting some information on ways to restrict access to various pages on my site. What I would like to do is have a username of a specific email address (password may not be necessary), and a list of “pre-approved” email addresses that can access the site. I would also like to know how I can monitor who is accessing these sites (via email or something) so that I can email something to their account. Sounds a little confusing when I read it over.. I hope I was clear enough. I am very new to webpages.. I am currently using the process that the previous student where I work came up with. She created the website using Word. I am not sure where this post is best suited to…html, or javascript, or what. I also don’t quite understand apache, which is what I’ve seen people commonly referr to with questions similar to mine.
