Stopped working in IE

This site WAS working in IE 6 and I thought 7 also, and now the navigation bar with the letters is not working! Any thoughts at why?

@Major_PayneJun 03.2007 — Looks like the nav bar is working in IE 7.0 and FF 2.0.0.4 for me. Not all tabs have valid links, but take you haven't finished page.

@bp_travisauthorJun 03.2007 — Ohh yeah. I should have explained that it seemed to be working fine in IE6, but it was in IE7 that the nav bars were having issues. I will try those changes and report back. Thanks.
