I converted my forums but some of the links look like:

[code=php][url=http://”http://www.example.com/page.html]example[/url][/code]

I need to auto change them to:

[code=php]
[url=”http://www.example.com/page.html”]example[/url][/code]

Edit: Was the URL in the first box correct, did you mean it had double http://'s or was that a mistake?
