Slide Down Menu script doesn’t seem to work

I just downloaded the Slide Down Menu script. I set it up according to the directions, but when I run it I get an error that “link is undefined”. The thing is that it works on your site, but not when I try to run it on my computer. I even copied all the code with View,Source. Same problem. Can you help??
