Textareas vs tables.

Hi,

For textareas in dhtml what methods/properties are there?

Can I access one line of the textarea like I would one cell of a table?

Or can I at least be told what number the row I clicked is?

The reason I am asking is because textareas have scrolling while tables don’t.

If I can’t use a textarea as easily as a table, how can I put a scrollbar to a div please?
