Alittle advice for making this layout dynamic

I was wondering if any of you css gurus could offer some advice for making this layout dynamic. I suppose all i need to be dynamic would be the middle content section and the main huge banner picture. I would assume it would expand to the right, this proves a bit difficult though because this is a php driven banner image rotation module used with my cms (joomla), any suggestions would be great. Thanks

@SheldonMay 27.2007 — When you say "Dynamic" to you mean a floating width rather than fixed?

You could just assign % widths rather than fixed widths. Then give that banner jpeg an overflow: hidden and make the width a lot wider to cope with the wider screens.
