Access Info on a Site Using JS and Write the same into my HTML page

I am a lil new to JS
I’ve created a html page that has a table in it(8X7)

Now I want to Access a web page automatically and retrieve a number associated with a value(param) and write that into a cell my HTML page

Can You pls suggest me or give me start
?
