I need a simple online input form to calculate

Hi All,
New to this forum.
I’ve gone through about 2 hours of learning Javascript however it did not answer my needs.

I want my visitors on my web site to enter in two values.
Value A = $ xxxxx
Value B = $ xxxxx

and then once they click submit, an answer comes up which is basically

‘Value B’*12/’Value A’*100 – this is just an example.

there are other applications I want to use on my web site but this is the first and so I thought no point trying to do the others until I can do this simple one first (well I thought it would be simple).

Is there an easy way to create this?
