Help with a Cookie

A site I am working on has a page with an i-frame that is displaying data from a remote website but there appears to be a session cookie linked to the remote website that requires the user to choose a drop down to confirm their location before entering.

My question is – would it be possible for me to set this cookie automatically before the visitor is prompted to select their location? As of now, first time visitors who want to view the contents of the i-frame are prompted to choose their state (must be CA to pass) and then the user is sent to the old version of the website that I am trying to move away from.

Here is a link: http://lplcentralcoast.com/pre_approval/ (temporary new homepage)
Here is a link to the i-frame page: http://lplcentralcoast.com/pre_approval/research.html

Thanks!
