Can someone point me in the right direction

Hi all I am wanting to use this scroll effect from this website:

Its just a button rollover scroll thingy!

Can somone point me in the right direction as to where i might find such code, so I can include it in my own website!

I am a novice to Javascript and any help wopuld be much appriciated.

@ChikaraMay 21.2007 — Can't help you with this one, but keep in mind that stuff like that will most likely piss off the user if not implimented well.

A user comes to a website for information. For instance if I wanted the phone number of that company, I would have to wait until the window scrolled all the way to the bottom of the page. There goes 15 seconds of my life I will never get just to look up a phone number.
