How to add css to footer?

I would like to define specific colour to css element footer if there is link. How to do it?

Need help.

footer has css like:

text-align: center;
color: #F5CC8E;
font-size: 11px;

@KeveyMay 17.2007 — #ffffff = white. So if you have a white background the text would appear invisible. Try changing the color to something else like #cccccc or some other color that you prefer. ?
