Safari Scroll Boxes Problem!! Help!!!!

Can someone help me out?? I’m trying to finish a website but I cant solve a problem I’m having with safari. Let me use the images below to give you an example of my problem.

This is what the page is supposed to look like….

However… In Safari… this is what it actually looks like…

I’d really appreciate if someone could take a look at this for me and tell me how to solve the problem. I’m not familiar with safari and everything i’ve tried so far does not seem to be working.

@WebJoelMay 17.2007 — There's no scrollbox in IE or Firefox, -is this the problem? The image provided looks quite different from the results of copy-&-paste of the code into my html-editor... ?

When I removed the conditional for IE6 (the rendering engine that my html-editor is based upon) it effectively cuts the water-image in half and makes the page 3 or 4X 'taller' with the bottom 1/3rd of the water-image down there... ? ? hmm..
