help me please (form target)

please take a look the image attached.
I want to make, when ppl hit the form in iframe, the value will appear in the parent index.

and 2nd question, how if im using iframe inside iframe.
so the structure will be like :
index.htm
|_____________ (iframe view.htm)
|_____________ (iframe display.htm)

and i want the when someone click the checkbox field in display.htm the value will appear in the parent ( index.htm )
