Blogger HTML Image Header Help

Hi all,

I’ve been having some trouble with replacing the text header on my Blogger site with an image header within the template.

Essentally I would like just the header to be the image ([url]http://i143.photobucket.com/albums/r141/CraigLaver/mfbheader.gif)[/url].

I am using the white Minima template style.

Would it be possible for someone to show me what text to paste into the template code?

Any help would be most appreciated ?

-You want to 'hotlink' someone else's image to your site? Only with permission should you do this, as it is essentially 'bandwidth theft' and there could be copyright issues too. It being an other-site http-request, you add a few seconds to your visitor's wait-time for the page to resolve, too. You should not want this either.

If the image is open-source, -could you not copy & paste to your host-site and referance it that way?

@ray326May 14.2007 — Simply using an image on Blogger is a non-trivial task. You either have to upload it as an offline log entry or you have up upload it to an alternative associated Google service or you have to use a third party image hosting service. That's one of the places where Wordpress has it all over Blogger.

@Major_PayneMay 15.2007 — This should be the image link and I hope that it is your images on PhotoBucket. Copyright may not be an issue as all links are given to these images.
