need some help making a site with PHP/MySql

If there’s a more appropriate place to post then, then I apologise for doing it here.

I’m making a site similar to this one: [url]www.toptable.co.uk[/url] and am not very familiar with either of php or mysql and was hoping to find someone to help me make the database and script the pages.

I don’t have a lot of money to offer as I live in Greece where wages are really low (minimum wage is 500 euros a month!) – so really all I can offer is 150 dollars USD which is all I’m getting to do this. Because the site is in Greek, I’ll basically be doing all the data entry and whatever else is necessary + the site design is complete. All we need is the mysql database + the php scripts.
