Help. Putting A Scroll Bar In A Text Box.

Im fairly new at all of this, and to tell you the truth, Im a bit confused by most html/javascript…

I was wondering if someone could help me.

I run [url]www.DistillaNation.com[/url] if you go to any of the pages you’ll notcie the black box is the center of where all the information is displayed.

I would like to put a scroll bar into that text box. Im not sure how to do this, If someone could give me a code, or walk me through it, it would be greatly appreciated.
