Changing the hyper Link color

Hi !
I want to change the hyper link color , when mouse moves over the link .
Currently when my web page is loaded , it displays Blue colour hyperlink and I want to change the color of my Hyperlink to Green when mouse move over the link and restore the same color when mouse is moved away .
