problems with including external content

My problem looks like this: I have normal server and ftp server for fileshare only. To that 2nd server I can only log ftp way and put there some files which are showing normally as index with list of files to download. I’d like to this server be showing in my subdomain and I’d like to costumize look of this filelist. I had hope to make it using INCLUDE but I’ve noticed that it changing URLs of files which are on the server. For ex. my domain is [url]www.mydomain.com[/url] and server domain is [url]www.serverdomain.com[/url]. I want make to if someone would go to my domain than to see customized version of server domain with real links to it. But when I’m using include than it changing all links from [url]www.serverdomain.com/file.rar[/url] to [url]www.mydomain.com/file.rar[/url]. Any ideas how I can make something like this with PHP? Or maybe should I use other technology. Actually my the only idea is IFRAME ?
