I am wanting to use a location calendar for my team at work, but am having real trouble finding any tutorials or code. I think part of the problems is that I don’t know what to call what I want really!
The situation is that there are several members of the team who could be in a number of offices on any given day. I want a way to be able to see where they all are on a given day, so that we can ensure that jobs are covered properly.
Eventualy I would like to be able to search by Team Member, location and day, but for starters I would just like to be able to create this list! I have tried playing around with conventional “events calendars”, but it is difficult to then be able to see where all the members are on any day.
Any ideas/tutorials would be much appreciated!
