drop down menu hiding behind flash

Hey guys
I am working on some drop down menus, and everytime I mouse over them, the menu hides behind the flash slideshow I have. I have read that flash takes precendence over the menus, but I was wondering if there was anything I could do to keep this from happening besides moving the dropdown menus. I have the site posted here…
