Help with CarpeSlider

I’m trying to use the Carpe Slider for the first time. The code is not commented, so I am a little lost. I have however managed to get a collection of sliders to work together… but only when they are on a blank page. As soon as I put them in a form so I can capture the information on submit, the sliders stop working.

Here is an example of each:

not working: [url]www.dragondev.ca/clean2/feedback.asp[/url] (also provided in the attachment in case I update this site more)

@Suhas_DhokeApr 07.2007 — I got the JS error, while moving the slider on .asp page, [COLOR="Sienna"][B]table1 is not defined.[/B][/COLOR] of the function ResizeTable().

This is the id of the table, so use the [COLOR="Sienna"]document.getElementById('table1').style.width[/COLOR] to assigning the values. and same as for the [B]table4[/B] table.
