dynamic image graph based on dynamic value

Hi all,

I am going to create a dynamic graph depending upon a value from mysql.I heard that it can be made by GD.

Could you please refer me a good tutorial on GD or can you please tell me the method/login control how a image can be drawn through a dynamic value.

The value is a budget……there will be few IF’s sloting from 0-100…and i will break it into 10….so after each tenth the graph will either increase or decrease…..is it really possible through PHP rather than making a simple graph.
