Showing PHP code in html

I was wondering if there was some program that could convert your php code to display in an html document with syntax highlighting. I know you can use the <xmp> or <pre> tags or use htmlspecialchars(), but i was wondering if there was some way to do this automatically that would also have syntax highlighting.

I want it to look like the way it does on the php.net site without having to put a span for each line of code manually.

Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks.
