Myspace Help Aligning Tables

This proubably going to sound stupid but I’ve been searching the web forever and can’t find an answer.

Here is the myspace profile in question.

All I want to do, is align the “About Me” section furthur to the right, and align the “Books Movies ect.” Section to the left. Making more room to see the centered background and making the text much easier to read. I’m assuming the only way to do this is though CSS, anyone have any ideas?
