hi..i want to make a gallery which has thumnail pictures..i want to display the bigger picture in the same page…when i click on the thumnailed picture the bigger picture should load. is this possible using javascript and css? if yes cud anyone please show me the code..the bigger picture shoudn’t be preloaded, ie, it shoud only load when someone click on the thumbnail picture….with preloading i can do that..

@PadonakMar 30.2007 — how the bigger one is going to be displayed? inside a DIV or in another element of your page? both of these variants are possible. i would prefer to show the bigger pix inside a DIV and place it above all the elements. clicking on this DIV makes the DIV disappear and no any bigger pix else will be shown while the previous one is not closed. so which variant you need: inside a DIV or another element(for example inside a table cell etc.)?
