@mathan_incauthorMar 20.2007 — Sorry for not giving all the info needed. But i cant give you the site, its confidential. The error given is something like Object not found upon calling a function onblur. But this works fine in all the other PC. Its seems like the browser cannot recognize the scripts. By the way the pc with problem runs on Win 2000 and the others are running on XP.

@rootMar 27.2007 — It helps if you have code.

Nothing on the internet is secure and any objections to posting code are unfounded because people will peak at it when its published, even if they are in .js external files, you can download them.

Simple rule. If you dont want it plagerised, copied, hot linked, downloaded, or anything else that can be done to it, then dont publish it, whatever it is...

The error message that you give does not help much but it refers to the simple fact that the Object was not found, eg, it didnt load.

Your external script may have the function in it but a simple error in parsing the script will cause the script to fail and hence any functions beyond that point are not in the browsers memory and as such, the object cant be found.

So you have a script error, either post the script or find it yourself, if you want help post the script.

@mathan_incauthorMar 28.2007 — Ehm... err... did u really read the entire post? The script has no error, thats for sure. Well I'm not a JavaScript guru but this system is been working in all the other PC for almost 3 years and all of sudden not working in a new pc. No changes to the code has been done for pass 1 year. Doesn't this seems more to setting or configuration problem? And dude, I am not afraid that u will copy the code or what but its useless to give out the URL as u must go through a proxy server to access the site which even me doesn't have the UID & PWD. So far I have checked the IE version, its same with all the other PC where the system is working fine. Scripting is enabled too. No antivirus program is installed yet hence the JS files shouldn't be blocked, i guess. So is there anything else u can suggest for me to check or still wants to see the script? Will cut and paste the thing if you still wants to see it. Sorry if i misleaded u in my previous post, my fault.
