Changing title of Window – with frames ?

Hello,

I need to change the window title when my page is loaded. I’m using frames, though, so my page has a target of “TARGET=MAINPAGE”

The code I’m attemping to use is being executed, but the window title isn’t changing:

[CODE]<script type=”text/javascript”>
<!–
function changeTitle() {
document.title=’New Title’;
}

</script>[/CODE]

Or… is it not possible to change the window title when using a page with frames?
