PHPMailer question

Hey there…asking is sometimes quicker than testing:

I have used PHPMailer only once, when I wanted to send HTML-formatted email, and I set these properties thus:

$mail->IsHTML(true);

$mail->Subject = “some subject”;
$mail->Body = makeHTMLBody($fileID);
$mail->AltBody = makeTextBody($fileID);

Now, I’m setting up another routine in which I think I should not send any HTML in the email (the type of recipient doesn’t generally like it.) If I pass (false) to the IsHTML property, should I not assign a value to AltBody, and use Body? Or vice-versa?
