PHP- Mailing form help

Ok I’m real new to php, and I’m trying to set up a form from the a web site to mail to me. I have change some of the information that I have to (I’m using code form old forms someone else as done in the past)

The problem I’m running into is, when I submite the form it does e-mail to me but… it is sending the e-mail from the original e-mail adresse (from the company that did the orignal forms) how do i change this so that it will send from my mail server and not the other company’s.
