Browsers not showing updated images

Hi everyone!

One of my clients has a problem…

I have created a site using ASP.NET: [URL=”http://www.SandalsVilla.com”]http://www.SandalsVilla.com[/URL]

I have uploaded everything to the server which needs to be there, and the site looks fine in my browser at home, at work, at the clients work, everywhere but the clients machine at home.

The Sandals Villa logo at the top of the page is not displayed, and the flash animation is displaying old pictures which have been updated. He has tried it in both Internet Explorer and AOL 9, and both do not display properly.

I have given the clients instructions to clear all temp files/cache/histories etc but still no change.

Im hoping this is just a simple problem which i have overlooked.

Please could you let me know if any of you experience these problems and also what you think of the site too.

@KeveyMar 13.2007 — I use control-F5 to force a reload without cache...unless his ISP caches and he doesn't know about it.
