SSI v iframes

I have decided that from now on I want to use SSI or iframes for my web sites. Mainly I want to use them for the purpose of easily adding, editing or deleting navigation links. Can anyone here tell me why they think one or the other is better for this purpose?

Oh, also I will want to be using dynamic menus in some instances.

@ryanbutlerMar 11.2007 — #SSI is what you need in this case. They are designed exactly for what you need to use them for. Simple as that.
