align an image inside a div in the middle of the page vertically ?

Hi

How can i align an image inside a div in the middle of the page vertically ?

I have two div with float: left and float: right inside a table cell and the image is at the top of the page

I want to have this image in the middle

One thing i still want to try is let the image in the middle of the available screen instead of the middle of the page

Because this page lists several records sometimes so the image goes to the middle of the page and i have to scroll to see the image

Can i do with this CSS ?
