PHP AJAX Image Uploader with Progress Bar

Hi, I am using this image uploader..

But what I want is it to have a progress bar for each image as it uploads it, how would I do this? An example of a progress bar is here..

But I really like the first one (air4web).. how it shows a thumbnail of the image, and how it also uploads each image once at a time. I just want to know, how could I make it show a progress bar.

Also, anyone know of a flash / php open source image editor? Thanks.
